THE PORSCHE GMÜND BROCHURE

There are 2 known editions of the Gmünd brochure, both of them very rare and collectable. So far there's nothing known about number of copies printed of these brochures, but seen the very short time Porsche was established in Gmünd (Austria) and the very small number of Porsche Gmünd cars, it is not very likely there are many brochures printed. I once heard a number of 500 per edition. I just don't know if this is true or not, it is a rumour , so please don't take this number for being the truth until further research has been done.

I have both German editions in my collection. However they do exist in English too. I once heard of a French edition too, but I 've never seen evidence of the existence.
I am still looking to buy the 2 editions in English (and French) , so if you know an original for sale, please let me know.

This brochure probably is one of the most sought-after items for collectors of Porsche literature and memorabilia.

In all known literature on Porsche brochures, there's only pictures of just 1 of the editions. 
The last edition of the Merrit & Miller Porsche Sales literature book shows the english 1st edition. In the previous release of the same book, the german 2nd edition is shown.

There will be some more details about these brochures in the future, but there's still lots of research to be done.

As can be seen on the 2 pictures below, there's no real difference between the frontcovers of the 2 editions. Ofcourse due to age, there's a slight difference in colors between both, and the 2nd one has some slight cracks. Besides that, no difference at all between both.
